We all know that insect jewellery is my favourite and this is an original piece completely untampered with. It has a wonderful dragonfly set with turquoise stones and amethyst coloured paste eyes and is attached to a festoon necklace which has turquoise stones in enclosed back settings which anchor the entire piece together. It has a bolt ring catch in fine working order and whilst I have used the word delicate the piece is NOT fragile and it will arrive gift boxed. Material – sterling silver. Hallmarks/marks – rubbed mark on reverse of dragonfly [tested]-chain ring stamped sterling silver. Measurements – laying out flat end to end 17 inches plus the drop 6.5cm 2.56 inches. Weight – 6.5 grams. Stones – turquoise-paste eyes. Condition – very good used condition-some colour variation to turquoise-some patina has NOT been cleaned-no missing stones-tiny nick to one eye-light age related surface wear nothing to worry about.
