Vintage Navajo Sterling Silver and Turquoise Concho Belt signed with a D and Sterling. This is a true vintage Navajo sterling silver and “Sleeping Beauty” turquoise concho belt. It has 20 silver conchos. Ten of the conchos measure about 1 inches long, and 10 measure 1/2 inches long, all set with turquoise stones. The belt measures 42 inches long from tip of the buckle to the tip of the belt, and is about 1/2 inch wide. The buckle measures about 1.25 inches long and about 1.25 inches wide. The silver conchos still retain a lovely patina, and are attached to the leather belt by copper strips on the reverse side. The silver buckle and turquoise tip are mounted with turquoise stones that are in very nice condition. All in excellent vintage condition. The copper strips have some verdigris on them, pretty typical for these aging copper strips. I do my best to point out all problems or condition issues with things I sell.
