On offer is an authentic, vintage NAVAJO hand wrought. 925 Sterling Silver Squash Blossom Flower ring adorned with natural hand-cut and polished cabochon Turquoise, Coral and a Faceted Crystal “Diamond” set within the fancy foliate work. The ring is hallmarked STERLING but not for maker, which was quite common in NATIVE AMERICAN silver work prior to the 1970’s. It tested positive for Sterling. We believe this ring was created circa 1950’s. This one of a kind ring was skillfully crafted with attention to detail in the NAVAJO tradition and is in very good vintage condition (please see ALL photos for an accurate detailed depiction). The natural southwestern brilliant sky blue hand-cut and polished cabochon Turquoise and Red Coral stones are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The stones are securely set in serrated silver bezels. The Turquoise stone measures approx. 5/16″ diameter; the coral is 1/4″ long x 3/16″ wide; the Faceted Crystal is firmly set in prongs and measures approx 3/16″ diameter. Overall, the ring plaque measures approx. 1 1/4″ long x 9/16″ wide; the triple split shank is approx. 1/4″ tapering to 1/8″ wide. This NAVAJO ring will fit approx. It weighs 6.5 grams. This beautiful, classic vintage NAVAJO Sterling Silver, Southwest Turquoise, Coral and Faceted Crystal ring crafted by a skilled artisan would make an outstanding addition to any Twentieth Century Native American Silver and Stone Jewelry, American Turquoise or Historic American Cultural Arts and Crafts collection.
