Ring Face Measurements – The ring face measures just a hair over 1-3/4″ long by just under 1″ wide (15/16)… It’s a very large ring face. Stone Measurements – The turquoise stone measures 9/16″ long by 7/16″ wide and sits on top of the ring face at over 1/4 high. The coral measures 7/16″ long by 5/16″ wide. Signed by Artist – NO. Stamped Sterling – NO, tested and verified. Mid too Later-Mid Century, 1970’s +. Condition – Preowned, in excellent vintage condition with original stones and a naturally aged dark patina, ready to wear or display. Expertly handcrafted in the mid century, this ring is a beautiful example of classic Navajo work. It features a long and wide ring face boasting a turquoise stone and coral stone, both resting securely in straight bezels. The stones are in excellent vintage shape while portraying rich color hues and natural matrixes running throughout. Highly detailed silver works of silver droplets and curling leaf appliqués surround each stone creating a classic Navajo design. The dark oxidization below the stones intensifies their color while also creating depth and dimension to the ring. The back of the ring has a split shank band in perfect round shape. It’s a solid and sturdy shank. There is no sterling stamp or signature which is common for the era however, the silver has been tested and proves to be. This vintage Navajo ring will make a great addition to any fine collection of Native American jewelry. Cherish and enjoy this ring before handing it down to a loved one in the future.
