This great Old Pawn Native American handmade Rectangular NATURAL turquoise and Sterling silver bracelet was created by a Navajo, Dine’, master craftsman. I realize that is a standard opening statement but the Navajo that made this piece really was a MASTER! The maker of this bracelet worked their magic on this piece. Five rectangular turquoise whose color has shifted from the natural oils found on the owner’s skin after long wear are the framed in CHISELED wire to mimic the look of twisted wire. Look at the close up images. You can see that the Smith actually took the time to hand stamp a design at the base of each of the stones. Two short lengths of braided, flattened, and decorated with deep and precise hand stamp work flank the stones. Small silver tab draws the wires together at each terminal. Do not miss out on your chance to make a bracelet of this HISTORIC bracelet an excellent addition to your fine collection of Native American arts. Unmarked as is typical for pieces of this vintage.
