This listing is for a vintage handcrafted Zuni cuff bracelet made of sterling silver and naturally mined Kingman turquoise. This piece is older, dating back from as early as the 1950s. Its in excellent vintage condition with a naturally aged patina and all of its original stones. The bones of the cuff are made up of 2 wide silver shanks. The 2 shanks gradually come together at the gap where comfort tips were applied on the inside. The double shank cuff is very solid and sturdy with no give at the gap/opening. (Please know your wrist size and look at the measurements/details closely before purchasing). The design is intricate and symmetrical, with each side of the cuff having matching wing sections. The front face of the cuff is oval in shape and contains 17 natural Kingman stones with the center stone being the largest on the bracelet. The center stone is surrounded by twisted rope and a circular row of fat petite point stones with silver droplets nestled between them along the edge of the face. The two side sections are slightly smaller than the center and carry on the same design with the teardrop stones only circling half of the center stone. The Artist Hand carved and polished each stone before placing them in their sawtooth bezels. Each stone is different and unique in its own way. Most of the stones have heavy spiderwebbed matrixes while only a few are solid in color. With hues from light and dark blue too several shades of green the colors are gorgeous. More importantly these stones are completely natural with no stabilization and they are all in excellent vintage condition. Truly an authentic and museum worthy work of art! This classic Zuni made piece will make a great addition to your existing Native American collection or it could be the the perfect piece to start one.
