The Color Within this Timeless Sky Stone is such a Comforting and Gorgeous Seafoamy Greenish-Blue with a Naturally and Mildly “Pitted” Surface with Tiny Bits of Host Rock Matrix – This Stone is So Pleasant and Tranquil in its Simplistic Beauty!!! The “Face” of this Historic Hopi Ring measures approximately 11/16″ X 9/16″, and Features an ALL Hand Made and Applied Sterling “Rope” Surrounding the Bezel – Simple, Elegant Silver Work!!! Hopi Legend, Morris Robinson, was a Pioneering Silversmith of the Hopi People. He Belonged to the Lizard/Snake Clan, and he lived from 1901 – 1984. He began working with Silver in the 1920s, and started using his Hallmark around 1931. He is One of The Most Revered and Influential Native American Artists to ever live. He was Influential to Hopi Legends such as Charles Loloma and Preston Monongye, and his Designs and Techniques are Evident in Jewelry being Created to this day. His Rings are Particularly Difficult to find, simply because Most are in Museums, such as the Heard Museum, or in Private Collections.
