Navajo artisan Will Denetdale created this exquisite sterling silver pendant necklace which showcases Boulder Turquoise also known as Ribbon Turquoise, as the stone occurs naturally. The ribbon or turquoise runs through the host rock creating a one of a kind stone that has both the earth colors and the brightness of turquoise. Will was Born at Fort Defiance, Arizona and attended high school in Gallup, New Mexico, where he took silversmithing classes. After graduating he stayed in Gallup for awhile, working in the production of silver and turquoise jewelry, but his special talent craved personal expression. Will now lives in Southern Arizona where he works in his home. When he is not traveling to gem shows or Indian markets, he spends about 8 hours a day working on his jewelry.
