This listing is for an early 20th century Navajo ring handcrafted from Cast Sterling Silver and Natural Turquoise. NOTE: Please view all 19 photos. Last 2 photos show ring on a medium sized hand. This vintage Navajo ring features two untreated natural Turquoise stones resting securely bezeled over a long thick bed of sterling silver. Weighing in at 30 grams it’s a hearty solid ring. The stones feature light pastel green hues topped with patchy matrixes, natural pitting inclusions, and a polished finish. Very old unique stones in wonderful condition. The face and shank are made from a cast with minimal silver-work. It’s a very simple design with an organic look and feel to it. The long oval shaped face is flat with a dark oxidized finish before a wide graduating shank follows down the sides. The shank is super thick and in perfect round shape. It appears that a signature is present but there’s no way for me to make it out. There is no sterling mark which is common however, the silver has been tested and we guarantee its purity of. This vintage ring will make a great addition to any collection of Native American jewelry. Wear it with pride and enjoy before handing it down in the future. Weight – 30 Grams. Size – Sits at a size 10, maybe just a smidgen smaller. Face Measurements – The ring face measures just a hair under 1-3/4″ long by just over 3/4″ wide and sits on top of the finger just over 1/4 high (8 millimeters). Stone Measurements – The larger stone measures 1-1/16″ long by 5/8″ wide and the smaller stone measures just over 3/4″ long by 7/16″ wide. Signed By Artist – POSSIBLY, The back of the face has remnants of an old stamp that’s hard to make out. Stamped Sterling – NO, tested and verified. Early to Early-Mid Century, 1920’s+. Condition – Preowned, in very good vintage condition, with original stones and a naturally aged patina, ready to wear or display. I treat every item as if it were my own.
