Please read measurements and know your wrist size before purchasing! This listing features a vintage Silver and Turquoise cuff bracelet, handcrafted by Navajo Artist Cecil Ashley. This vintage stacker cuff features large snake eye stones lined over a thick shank of heavy gauge sterling silver. The Artist hand carved the top of each stone creating a slightly texturized surface, which added depth and dimension. A pretty technique that’s not seen too often. The stones are in excellent condition portraying dense blue-green color hues with subtle matrixes and a satin polished finish. Silver droplets rest between the stones as they protrude from their bezels while classic stampings run to each end. The cuff is very solid for its size. Even though the shank is just over 1/4 wide it’s much thicker than similar pieces and made with a strong heavy gauge silver. The Artist’s initials are clearly stamped along the inner shank and read CA for Navajo Artist Cecil Ashley. There is no sterling stamp however, testing proves the silver to be sterling. This Navajo cuff will make a great addition to any existing collection of fine Native American jewelry….. Cherish and enjoy this cuff before handing it down to a loved one in the future.
