The leather band is IDEAL for the medallion. It is a BLACK leather bland to showcase the blue turquoise. It is ultra soft and supple. The leather is pliable and has a distressed feel with its raw edges. It has some texture with a light pebble impression. It is a feel good leather band! The band is between 1.5″ and 2.5″ wide. Its individual shape is adapted to the medallion, wider in the middle… And to the wrist, tapered on the sides.. Furthermore it does not take 10 people or a fight to close it. It is ultra simple with the round “bead”. The 2 holes in the leather band are placed at 6 3/4″ and 7.5″ to fit a small wrist, around 5 3/4, and a medium wrist. Custom measure leather bands can be made upon request. Because the sterling silver and turquoise medallion is a unique piece of jewelry all by itself, it CAN EASILY BE REMOVED..
