Look at center piece of sterling and note how it’s bent outwards on top and bottom. I’m thinking someone with a small wrist attempted to bend to fit? I know it can be repaired by someone that works with sterling but it’s not cheap. ALL pieces were acid tested. Weight includes stones and/or other materials. Some pieces will need polishing, minor repairs, reshaping. You will find wearable as well as scrap. Most are marked but a few have worn off stamps or are to old to have a stamp. Some signatures I found were MEXICO, TAXCO, WILLIAM SPARTLING This is a mixed lot with Native American, Mexican, Italy, China & Thailand. TARNISH, SCRATCHES, DENTS, BLEMISHES, BENDS may be present. Some obtained from Native American Estate Jewelry Lots, Sterling Silver Jewelry Lots, Southwest Sterling Jewelry Lots, etc. I stand by my guarantee that each piece was tested using scratch and 18K gold acid. I even individually rested charms and pendants. I prefer the obvious results of the 18K vs Sterling acid. Some findings may not be sterling which is common especially if they have been replaced over the years.
